Алим-Паша Солтыханов (31 июля 1966 г.р.) – Первый заместитель председателя правительства ЧРИ, министр государственной безопасности ЧРИ.
Бригадный генерал ВС ЧРИ, кавалер ордена - Qoman Turpal / Орден Къоман Турпал / Орден Герой Нации.
Окончил Астраханский технологический техникум, диплом инженера-технолога, ЧГУ (3 курса) юридический факультет из-за боевых действий на территории ЧРИ не окончил. Владеет чеченским, русским, немецким языками.
Участник двух русско-чеченских войн.
Alim-Pasha Soltykhanov (born July 31, 1966) is the First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. He holds the rank of Brigadier General of the Armed Forces of the ChRI and is a recipient of the Qoman Turpal Order.
He graduated from the Astrakhan Technological Technical College with a degree in engineering technology. He also studied at the Faculty of Law of Chechen State University for three years but did not complete his studies due to the hostilities on the territory of the ChRI. He is fluent in Chechen, Russian, and German.
He is a participant in the First and Second Russo-Chechen Wars.
